The storyline (trying to provide electricity to the most cities) is every bit as unexciting as it sounds. Unless you’re from Germany, where this game was invented. The German board game audience famously gravitates to games about fiscal equilibrium, no matter how dull the theme is. I think I’m one-eighth German, which might be why I kind of love them, too."
